The Student Wellbeing team are offering a new therapy to help students deal with exam and presentation anxiety.
Done over three sessions (two prior to the assessment and one after), you can sit down with a professional on a one-to-one basis and make steps towards achieving your potential.
Spaces fill up fast so if you feel you struggle in this area and might benefit from these sessions, you must get in touch at the earliest opportunity. Planning is essential, and the first appointment is recommended to be taken at least 6 weeks prior to the exam/presentation to get the most out of this service.
