Derby’s STAR Society has teamed up with the National STAR Network to welcome refugees to the UK!
The aims of the society are :
- To coordinate students and local organisations for volunteering opportunities.
- To campaign to improve the lives of refugees and asylum seekers in the UK.
- To raise awareness and educate the community about the plight of of refugees.
As well as this STARS has fun and interesting socials so come along and get involved.
