Now’s the time to improve your flexibility and balance!

Come along and join a FREE pilates class.

Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

When:  Every Thursday from 5pm till 6pm

Where:  Room SB/103 at The Dome

No need to book or to have previous experience - just pop along!

Come with your friends and try something new or come solo and make friends!
