Victim Report and Support

By TerSL 24 Apr 2017

There IS help available

Report and Support is a university based, confidential service that can offer a personal response to students. However, it must be noted that where there are safeguarding concerns, these will be reported to the appropriate agency in accordance with our duty of care.

Report and Support offers a personal response to students who have been the victim of an incident including; domestic abuse, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual violence, bullying including social media, hate crime (including gender, sexuality, race, religion, disability and age), physical assault, verbal assault, and harassment.

How to report and get support

Report and Support is accessible to students online via the UDo homepage (Your voice section) and staff via this link.

Students will be able to report incidents anonymously or provide details and request support. Staff members will have the opportunity to report concerns about a student or use the system on behalf of students.

Requests for support will be followed up by a support worker who will provide guidance and advice concerning the options available and information about specialist services.
